Their are 3 servers that I need to be looking at:

qdds1.wr.usgs.gov
dmc.iris.washington.edu
qdds2.er.usgs.gov

Creat any password.
Give my email address dvr@allshookup.org

I need to be looking at the following

Californian (SO) are the ids as follows
NC: Northern California
CI: Southern California

Each event has an individual event ID.
